Port Connect, Brisbane
Port Connect is a $385 million upgrade of the Port of Brisbane Motorway (PoBM) being undertaken by the Queensland Government as part of its long-term plan to meet the transport needs of the Port of Brisbane and the Australia TradeCoast.
This project will deliver a duplication of the existing 2-lane motorway, as well as a 3km extension. On completion of this project the PoBM will be 4 lanes from the Gateway Motorway through to Pritchard Street, Lytton.
itmsoil drilled and installed 6 inclinometer boreholes and also supplied and installed this project with a number of sensors including:
- 115 VW Piezometers
- 30 radio Data Loggers
- 19 Magnetic Extensometers
- 9 settlement cells
- Digital Inclinometer System
